To submit a Chromebook donation request, you must be a Christian missionary or a person applying on behalf of a missionary engaged in active ministry work.
To submit an EMS server order, you must additionally have an existing approved Chromebook donation on record with HIM USA. The server is designed to work together with HIM-provided Chromebooks.
Admin panel access is restricted to authorized HIM USA staff and volunteers.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in your application. Submitting false or misleading information may result in disqualification and cancellation of any pending or approved donation.
Equipment donated by HIM USA is provided solely for educational and ministry purposes. By accepting a donation you agree to:
Donated equipment ships to United States addresses only. Applicants are responsible for arranging onward delivery to an international mission field. HIM USA is not responsible for customs, import duties, or international shipping arrangements.
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval or fulfillment. HIM USA reviews all requests and makes donation decisions at its sole discretion based on available inventory, ministry fit, and program guidelines.
By submitting an application, you consent to receive transactional emails from HIM USA related to your request (confirmation, status updates, shipping notifications, and follow-up surveys). You may contact us to opt out of non-essential communications.
All content on this platform — including text, graphics, and software — is the property of Heaven In Me USA or its licensors. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without written permission.
This platform and donated equipment are provided "as is." HIM USA makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness of equipment for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HIM USA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this platform or donated equipment.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in good faith through direct communication with HIM USA before any formal proceeding.
